|Recommended: YesJust moved in. — Neighbors are great, home is roomy enough for two people, with kitchen, living, and bedroom areas. A few bumps in the apartment with window shades and kitchen appliances, power outlets, but should be easy fixes for maintenance. 👍 Looks great here so far
|Recommended: YesThis is home — I'm genuinely happy here. Yes the walls are a bit thin, and little things break all the time. But this place is old, and that's why the rent isn't astronomical. I'll take a few maintenance calls over having to pay 200 more somewhere else.
Also, the maintenance team is great. I've had same-day repairs twice. They're super friendly and they're nice to my cats. Honestly, for the price range, this place is great.

|Recommended: YesShabby Apartment — The apartment has everything you need to survive, although nothing works particularly well. The drains in the bathroom are somewhat broken, even after being worked on. The oven often has to be manually ignited, which can be somewhat dangerous as it's designed as an automatic ignition. The curtain rack in my bedroom fell off despite being pushed gently. It's livable, but overall not of the highest quality.

|Recommended: YesWinter issues. — The snow storm we had a few days ago gave us a few inches of snow and I felt that they only cleaned the roads onces because the back of the building still have a lot of snow on the ground. it would be nice if they Clean the roads so we don't have a hard time driving to our apartment complex.

|Recommended: YesI love my home — I moved in a few month back and I absolutely LOVE my new apartment. I feel very secure in my community, the leasing staff is always happy to help and very courteous, and the maintenance staff are prompt with repairs. I do experience the usual frustrations of residing in an apartment with neighbors noise levels , however everything is else is amazing
